A to Food America
Contains over 2,000 state, regional, and ethnic recipes—including food culture articles—as well as historical and reference articles, including an ingredients section. Designed for culinary institutes, students, world travelers, cooking clubs,
adventurous eaters, and anyone who wants to learn about American cuisine.
A to Z World Food
Includes 6,500 recipes for course and iconic cocktails from 174 countries; hundreds of articles on national and regional cuisine, dining etiquette, special occasion foods, and ingredient articles linked to recipes from around the globe; and reference resources on beverages, sauces, quotes, cooking conversions, food history, glossaries, and more.
