Nursing & Allied Health

April 4-8: NAH Library will have a labyrinth drawn out on the floor of the library. We invite you to take a slow stroll around the labyrinth to help you de-stress, clear your mind, or focus on a specific question. Labyrinths have been used for thousands of years to help humans “unwind the mind” and let go of concerns. Walking a labyrinth can release patterned behavior, thoughts and feelings and as you release them, your body and thoughts will move into a better realignment. Look for the blue tape in the library to start your path!
